Stainless Steel Tube-to-Tube Union Elbow Push-In Fitting: SUL
Union elbow stainless steel push-in fitting. Union elbow, metric, and imperial tube.
Stainless steel push-in fittings are made to be non-corrosive and are highly resistant to aggressive environments, as well as corrosive fluids. These push-in fittings ensure easy and fast connection, and the removal of a tube easily.
The fittings are SS316L and feature green Viton/FKM seals.
Method of Application
- Make sure that the end of the tube is cut at 90 degrees and free of burrs.
- Push the tube through the ‘collar’ into the fitting.
- Continue pushing the tube past the ‘packing’ allowing the lock claws to fully hold the tube in place. This is to ensure leakages do not occur.
- To remove the tube simply press the sleeve to recess the lock claws then pull out the tube.
